Returns
You have 30 days to return or exchange items in-store or by mail for a full refund to your original payment method. Exchanges are free in-store or by mail.
VIP myAbercrombie members have an extended window of 60 days to return items, but after the first 30 days, refunds are issued as merchandise credit rather than a cash refund. To qualify, VIP status must have been held at the time of purchase.
