Questions shoppers ask about Animoto
Does Animoto offer a trial for paid plans?
Animoto does not provide a traditional free trial for its paid subscriptions. Customers can purchase a monthly plan and turn off automatic renewal to test the premium features. Access continues through the paid month and ends afterward unless the plan is renewed.
How do I manage my Animoto subscription?
Sign in to Animoto and open the Billing tab for the correct workspace. The account page displays the current plan, renewal date, payment information, auto-renewal settings, and previous receipts. Subscription changes should be completed before the next scheduled billing date.
What is Animoto's refund policy?
Animoto does not refund subscription fees, including charges for unused or partially used plans. Purchases made through Apple must be handled through Apple Support instead. Customers can review the order and renewal terms before completing an Animoto subscription purchase.
How do I update my Animoto payment method?
Open the Account page and select the Billing tab for the appropriate workspace. Click the pencil icon beside the payment information to add or update a card. If payment repeatedly fails, the subscription may return to Animoto's free plan.
