Print curricula like LIFEPAC and Horizons usually ship within 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an extra cost and cuts delivery time down to 2–3 days. AOP also offers free shipping promotions during major sale events, particularly for large curriculum orders. Digital programs like Monarch activate immediately after purchase, so you can get started right away.

Most returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, and items need to be in resalable condition. Partial returns for bundled sets are generally not accepted, so keep that in mind when ordering multi-subject packages. For digital subscriptions, refunds are only available on annual plans (not monthly) and usually must be requested within a short window after activation. Always contact customer service first to get a return authorization.

While not a traditional “warranty,” AOP does provide a satisfaction guarantee. If a curriculum arrives damaged or is defective, they will replace it at no cost. For digital products, issues with access or functionality are typically resolved quickly through tech support. Compared to other curriculum providers, AOP’s policies are fairly flexible, especially for damaged goods.

While AOP doesn’t typically offer student or military discounts directly, their rewards program and referral perks act as ongoing savings opportunities. Homeschool co-ops or large group orders may qualify for bulk pricing, worth inquiring about if you’re ordering for multiple families.

No formal price-matching policy exists, but if you purchase directly from AOP and a sale goes live shortly afterward, customer service sometimes makes exceptions and honors the lower price within a limited time frame. It’s worth reaching out if this happens.
