Questions shoppers ask about Ban.Do
What’s the shipping and delivery policy?
Shipping policies depend on where you are. You can ship domestically within the U.S. and internationally to many regions. Delivery times and fees vary by destination. For orders in the U.S., you get free shipping for orders above $75, but you will need to cover the costs below that amount.
What’s the returns/exchange policy?
You get returns or exchanges on many products, except for hygiene-marked items. You can reach out via their contact channels if something isn't right. There is a 30-day time limitation, and products must be in immaculate condition, have their tags, and be in original packaging. Always check the current policy at ban.do, because specifics can change.
How do I use the rewards program?
You earn points as you shop for every dollar you spend. Once you’ve gathered enough points, when you make your purchase, you can redeem them before checkout.
Is wholesale or business pricing available?
Yes. If you represent a business, you want corporate gifts, or desire bulk ordering, ban.do offers special pricing. You often get tiered prices if it’s 50+ units of a single item.
Does ban.do support mental health or social causes?
Yes. The founder, Jen Gotch, has publicly shared her journey with mental health. Ban.do has created products and partnerships to raise awareness and open conversations. They try to align parts of their work with good causes.
