BioSteel promo codes & deals

BioSteel accepts returns within 14 days of delivery if items are unopened and in original condition. Free return labels are only provided when an incorrect item was shipped. Returns due to personal preference are shipped back at the customer's expense. Open products are not accepted under any circumstances. Returns or cancellations are refunded to the original card only, not via cash, cheque, PayPal, or a different card. If a return drops your order total below the $100 free shipping threshold, the flat rate shipping fee is deducted from your refund.

Free shipping applies to all orders over $99 CAD. Orders under $100 carry a low flat rate fee. BioSteel ships to addresses in Canada and the United States. All orders include tracking information sent by email and viewable in your BioSteel account. Express shipping options are available at additional cost, but do not speed up the fulfillment process. If any items in your order are out of stock, BioSteel removes and refunds those items and ships the remaining products.

BioSteel's Sponsorship Program lets approved representatives create their own 20% discount code and unique tracking link to share with their audience. Sales made through your code or link earn 20% commission. Representatives can also upload receipts for BioSteel products purchased at retail stores to earn 10% cashback. A PayPal account is required to receive payments. Applicants must be 18 or older, and minors need a parent or guardian to manage the account. Apply through the sponsorship page on biosteel.com.

BioSteel's Subscribe and Save program delivers your favorite products on a recurring schedule at a discounted subscription price. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription account. A minimum of 3 orders is required to maintain discount eligibility; canceling before the third order may result in a case-by-case cancellation fee based on the discount received. The program is open to customers worldwide, though shipping is currently limited to Canada and the U.S.
