But before you order a meal, it's worth checking for a BistroMD promo code or a BistroMD discount to shave a good amount off your order.

Questions shoppers ask about BistroMD
What is the shipping and delivery policy?
FedEx handles all of BistroMD's deliveries. From the time FedEx picks up your order, it can take up to 6 business days to arrive. The shipping rate is standard at $19.95. And the best part is that if you are traveling, BistroMD lets you set up a temporary shipping address for the duration of your travels.
What should I know about returns and refunds?
Due to safety regulations and the perishable nature of the meals, BistroMD does not typically accept returns. However, refunds may be issued if your meal is damaged, melted, or spoiled during delivery. In this case, you should contact BistroMD's customer service with photos. A refund can be issued, but the food doesn't need to be sent back.
What payment options are available at checkout?
You can complete your purchase using major credit and debit cards during checkout. Payments are automatically processed according to your subscription schedule. BistroMD does not accept PayPal, SNAP, EBT, Medicare or Medicaid waivers, or debit cards requiring a PIN.
How does billing work, and can I skip or cancel my subscription?
When you sign up and complete checkout, you'll be charged for your first week, and you'll receive a confirmation email. You can skip a week, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. Just make sure to do it before the weekly cutoff so you're not charged for the next delivery.
