Questions shoppers ask about Boarderie

What is the shipping policy of Boarderie?

All Boarderie packages are shipped nationwide using FedEx Overnight shipping. Boards are shipped in custom boxes with insulated liners and ice packs to keep the product chilled in transit. Each board arrives with reusable (or eco-friendly, drain-safe) Nordic Ice packs which keep the board at the proper temperature for up to 48 hours.

Your delivery should arrive on your scheduled delivery date at the same time as your usual FedEx drop-off. Ahead of major holidays, your board may be shipped for arrival one day early to avoid shipping delays.

Boarderie does not require a signature for delivery. The decision to leave a package at an address is at the sole discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore outside of our control.

Be sure to keep Premium Package Protection on your order at checkout and they will ship out a fresh board or issue a 100% refund if your board is delayed more than 24 hours past the scheduled delivery date.

Are there refunds or returns?

The merchant has a no-return policy but may issue refunds for unusual circumstances on a case-by-case basis, such as a failed delivery or the wrong item delivered.
