Questions shoppers ask about BrandsMart USA
What's the BrandsMart USA shipping policy?
BrandsMart USA typically ships out most orders within 2 business days. However, the total delivery times vary depending on the item size and your address. They also offer free same-day in-store pickup if the item is in stock at your nearby location.
What is the BrandsMart USA return policy?
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt or delivery. However, some appliances and electronics have 5- or 15-day return policies. Jewelry, gift cards, in-ear headphones, and drones cannot be returned after purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received at their distribution center or in-store.
What do I need to know about backorders?
If an item is available for purchase but temporarily out of stock, the brand will secure and ship your order as soon as they receive new inventory from the manufacturer. They maintain backorders for up to 30 days; if the item is not restocked within this period, they cancel your backorder and issue a full refund. You can also cancel a backorder any time before it enters the shipping process.
Are there financing options?
The brand offers several financing options, including the BrandsMart USA credit card, lease-to-own programs, and Klarna Buy Now Pay Later plans. The brand's credit card and leasing options do not require a credit history, so you can buy any item, even if you have a less-than-perfect record.
