About BUXOM Cosmetics

Bold lips, vibrant pigments, and a playful attitude define the BUXOM approach to beauty. The brand is best known for its plumping glosses and richly pigmented lip products, though its lineup has grown to cover eyes, face, and skin. Cruelty-free formulas and statement-making shades attract people who treat makeup as a creative outlet rather than a daily obligation. BUXOM is carried at Ulta Beauty and has built a strong following among beauty enthusiasts who like to have fun with color.

Questions shoppers ask about BUXOM Cosmetics

What is BUXOM's refund policy?

BUXOM accepts returns of gently used products within 30 days of delivery. Eligible returns receive store credit or a refund to the original payment method for the item price and sales tax. Shipping charges remain nonrefundable. Final sale products, including mystery and curated bundles, do not qualify.

Can I cancel my BUXOM order?

BUXOM does not allow cancellations or changes after you place an order. Its automated fulfillment process begins quickly, which prevents customer service from adjusting shades, textures, quantities, or items. Review every product and order detail carefully before completing checkout to avoid mistakes you cannot correct later.

Does BUXOM offer a subscription discount?

BUXOM Auto-Delivery orders include 10% off and free standard shipping on every recurring shipment, with no minimum purchase required. You may skip or cancel an upcoming order up to 24 hours before the scheduled shipment date. Afterpay does not apply to recurring purchases made through Auto-Delivery.

What is BUXOM's shipping policy?

BUXOM charges $5.95 for economy shipping on orders under $35, with delivery in 5 to 8 business days. Express shipping costs $11.95 and arrives in 1 to 2 business days. Overnight delivery costs $25 when you order by 1 p.m. Eastern time on a business day.
