You can request a refund on individual course purchases within 14 days of the transaction date. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and can be initiated directly from your account under Orders and Course Management. Partial refunds are not offered; if you accidentally purchased multiple courses in one order, you must refund the entire order and repurchase the correct items. Domestika Plus subscriptions are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, including first-time purchases and renewals.

Domestika's affiliate program pays you $2 for each new user you refer who signs up, even if they don't make a purchase. When a referred user does make a purchase, you earn additional commission. Affiliates earn through a 30-day cookie window, meaning purchases made within 30 days of someone clicking your link count toward your earnings. Commissions are paid monthly in USD via PayPal.

Domestika's refer-a-friend program lets you share personalized referral links with friends who are new to the platform. When a referred friend makes a qualifying purchase, both you and your friend receive a discount. Referral discounts are applied automatically at checkout when your friend uses your unique link. The program is available to all registered Domestika users and can be accessed through your account settings.

Domestika accepts all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal. All purchases are processed in U.S. dollars. If you used a local payment method such as cash or bank transfer in Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil, refunds for those purchases are issued via bank transfer and require you to submit your bank details to Domestika's support team. App Store and Google Play purchases follow those platforms' own payment and refund policies.
