Questions shoppers ask about Dr.Prepare
What is the Dr.Prepare shipping policy?
You can savor free shipping offers on most products when you choose Standard Shipping. Dr.Prepare ships exclusively to the United States and doesn't deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you need international shipping, consider ordering from their Amazon store. Processing takes 1-2 working days, and shipping requires an additional 4-6 business days. If you need faster deliveries of 2-3 business days, opt for Expedited Shipping at an extra cost.
What is the Dr.Prepare return policy?
Unopened, undamaged products usually qualify for returns within 30 days. You'll get a full refund. However, you'll first need to contact customer care to request authorization. The team will guide you on packaging requirements to help you avoid disqualification. Once Dr. Prepare examines the return, expect cash to be returned to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
Will I get a warranty for Dr.Prepare products?
Almost all products on Dr.Prepare come with a warranty. However, you must fill out a form on the website to activate it. You'll receive details of the cover after submission. Batteries usually come with a 10-year warranty. Power supplies have a slightly shorter 12-month warranty.
Can I dropship with Dr. Prepare?
Yes, it is possible to sell products without holding physical inventory. List Dr.Prepare's merch on your online store and start selling to your customers. Dropshippers receive commissions and expedited shipping.
