About Dyper
About Dyper
Dyper is a plant-based diaper and wipes brand designed with babies’ sensitive skin and the planet in mind. Unlike many conventional disposable diapers, Dyper products use responsibly sourced bamboo fibers and avoid harmful chemicals, lotions, or dyes. They’re dermatologist-tested and marketed as ultra-absorbent, with up to 12 hours of leak protection. Parents often choose Dyper because it combines performance with peace of mind: diapers that are gentle enough for newborns but durable enough for toddlers on the move. Beyond diapers, the company has built a reputation for customer-friendly subscription programs and sustainability efforts, including composting options through its REDYPER service.
Questions shoppers ask about Dyper
Is it cheaper to buy Dyper on Amazon or directly from the website?
Most parents find the best deals come from Dyper’s own website. Amazon sometimes carries the brand, but website-exclusive codes, subscription discounts, and referral credits usually mean more value if you buy direct.
What is the return policy?
Unopened and unused monthly boxes of diapers can be returned if they’re in resalable condition. Dyper does not accept partial returns, so it’s best to try a trial pack or smaller order first if you’re unsure.
What if I received Dyper as a gift and can’t use it?
Yes, Dyper allows gift returns. You can process them through a special portal on their website as long as the products are in like-new condition.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually process within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery takes about 5 to 7 business days depending on location. Subscription shipments are automatically scheduled to arrive before you run out, helping you avoid last-minute diaper runs.
Does Dyper offer composting services?
Yes, Dyper’s REDYPER program allows subscribers in select areas to return used diapers for responsible composting. This service has an additional fee but is a unique perk for eco-conscious parents looking to reduce waste.
Are there buy now, pay later options?
While Dyper doesn’t advertise installment plans, some customers have reported seeing financing options like Shop Pay Installments at checkout. Availability may depend on your payment method.
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, subscriptions are fully flexible. You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time, as long as you make changes before your next billing date. Many parents say adjusting deliveries based on growth spurts or potty-training progress helps save money and prevent excess inventory.
