El Pollo Loco, the fiery sensation in the world of fast-casual dining, serves up Mexican-inspired crowd pleasers with a focus on flame-grilled chicken. At the heart of the menu lies the signature citrus-marinated, fire-grilled chicken, offering a juicy and flavorful experience. But El Pollo Loco doesn't stop at just chicken — you’ll also find street tacos, quesadillas, a variety of sides and churros. For those craving a lighter fare, the loco side salad provides a refreshing complement to any meal.

Loco Rewards

El Pollo Loco offers a loyalty program called Loco Rewards, where members earn points for every purchase made through the app, online or in-store. New members can sign up and receive a free burrito with their first purchase.

Points can be redeemed for various rewards, such as free food items like burritos, tacos or meals. There are different tiers within the program, with higher tiers offering increased benefits, points multipliers and exclusive offers. Members can earn points faster as they progress through the tiers. To earn points, members simply need to scan the QR code at the register before payment or place an order online while logged into their account. To redeem rewards via app, select the desired reward and redeem it in-store, or apply it during online checkout.
