Questions shoppers ask about Envelopes.com
What is Envelopes.com's return policy?
Non-customized envelopes can be returned within 14 days of delivery in sellable condition. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns but is waived if you exchange for items of equal or greater value. Custom printed envelopes are not returnable regardless of condition.
What is Envelopes.com's shipping policy?
Orders over $99 ship free using standard ground service. Orders under $99 pay variable shipping costs. All orders process within 1 to 3 business days and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days to most U.S. addresses. Military customers can request USPS Priority Mail delivery to AA, AE, and AP addresses.
What is Envelopes.com's refund timeline?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of our facility receiving your return. Return shipping costs are not refundable and must be paid by you. If you exchange instead of requesting a refund, you avoid the restocking fee entirely.
Does Envelopes.com offer rush or expedited processing?
Expedited processing and shipping options are available for an additional fee if you need envelopes quickly. Contact customer service to discuss rush timelines and costs for your specific order size and urgency level.
