Equip Foods promo codes & deals

The dedicated warehouse team works diligently to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. On average, it takes approximately 24 business hours for the warehouse to process an order. During this time, the team carefully verifies the items, prepares the package, and ensures its quality before it is handed over to the shipping carrier. For example, if you opt for one-day shipping, it will not ship until the next business day after the order is placed.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Most packages in the United States are delivered within three to five business days.

If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase for products purchased on our website.

To start your return, please visit the Returns Portal. U.S. customers will receive a prepaid shipping label upon approval. Be prepared to enter your order number and the email address or ZIP code used to place your order.

Please note that refunds and exchanges are processed once the return is received. Contact Amazon support for purchases made via Amazon.
