For contact lenses, shipping estimates include 1-2 days to verify your prescription and prepare the item for shipping. With FREE Ground Shipping, it takes 8 days for delivery, while 2nd Day Shipping takes 6 days, and Next Day Shipping takes 5 days.

Prescription glasses may take longer due to custom lenses. With FREE Ground Shipping, it takes approximately 15 days for delivery, while 2nd Day Shipping takes 13 days, and Next Day Shipping takes 12 days.

Non-prescription sunglasses and eyeglasses have shorter shipping times. With FREE Ground Shipping, it takes 7 days for sunglasses and 10 days for eyeglasses. 2nd Day Shipping takes 5 days for sunglasses and 8 days for eyeglasses, while Next Day Shipping takes 4 days for sunglasses and 7 days for eyeglasses.

Eyeconic wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why they offer free returns. Simply follow these steps for a hassle-free return:

• Initiate your return by accessing Order History in your Eyeconic account or find your order through Order Status if you purchased as a guest.
• Process your return online and print the pre-paid shipping label provided.
• Drop off the merchandise at your nearest UPS location.

Important details about the return policy:

• You have 30 days from the original shipping date for Eyeconic to receive your merchandise for a refund or exchange.
• Eyewear damaged beyond normal wear and tear or contact lenses removed from their original packaging cannot be refunded.
• All products must be returned in their resalable packaging, including glasses with the frame case and contact lenses in their original sealed box.
• Refunds will be credited to the payment method used at checkout, typically within 7-10 business days.
• If you no longer have access to your original payment method, Eyeconic will issue a gift card for the refund amount.
• Do not send glasses in your own case, as Eyeconic cannot return it.
• Avoid shipping products in soft packs or envelopes to prevent damage or loss in transit; Eyeconic recommends shipping products back in a box.

If your out-of-pocket costs are $100 or above, you may choose to pay over time with as low as 0% APR payments using Affirm. Affirm allows customers to input either a bank account or debit card as their preferred repayment method; FSA and HSA cards cannot be used for this at this time.
