Questions shoppers ask about FARFETCH
How does the Farfetch Donate and Save program work?
To combat the problem of fashion waste, Farfetch has created a program called Farfetch Donate. This program is powered by ThredUP and allows customers to clean out their closets, raise money for their selected charities and earn credits for doing so. Customers can take advantage of this program by ordering a free Clean Out Kit or printing a shipping label to use on any box. Once they fill the box, they’ll schedule a free pick-up or send the kit back via FedEx or USPS. After Farfetch receives the items, the customer decides how much to donate to charity and how much to receive in Farfetch credit. The minimum donation to charity is 50%.
