FCP Euro offers free shipping on all orders exceeding $49. For orders below $49, ground shipping is available for a flat rate of $6.99. If you require expedited shipping, flat-rate options are offered. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days or less. For in-stock items, free ground shipping reaches any of the 48 contiguous U.S. states within 5 business days or less. For shipping zones and prices, refer to the delivery map provided on its website.

FCP Euro's return policy allows for refunds within 90 days of the original purchase date. However, installed parts used for diagnostic purposes, one-time repairs, or items used to service or repair vehicles other than the original customer's are not accepted. After 90 days, only warranty returns are accepted, and a replacement order must be placed beforehand under FCP Euro’s Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. Unacceptable returns include products with markings or writing on the original packaging, signs of tampering, customization, or alteration, which may incur a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional carrier insurance. Tracking information should be retained to file claims for carrier loss or damage.
