You may cancel your order up to one business day before the chosen ship date for a full refund to your original form of payment. Renting a SNOO system? You can terminate your rental at any time after you meet your minimum rental. When you return it, you'll need to include all accessories and original packaging.
If you purchase a SNOO system and are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery with all accessories and packaging. You'll need to pay a restocking and return shipping fee.
