IDville processes in-stock orders placed before 2:00 p.m. EST on the same business day whenever possible. Most deliveries within the contiguous United States arrive in 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and shipping method. For security reasons, it's good to know that IDville does not ship to P.O. Boxes, so you'll need to provide a valid street address when placing your order.

If you need to return an item, contact IDville first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Eligible products can generally be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, provided they're in acceptable condition. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and you'll need to include a copy of your invoice and ship the package using a trackable carrier for peace of mind.

IDville backs many of its ID Maker printers with comprehensive manufacturer warranties. ID Maker Value and ID Maker Advantage printers include a 2-year warranty, while the ID Maker Secure printer includes a 3-year warranty. Coverage includes technical support, replacement printheads, and next-business-day hot-swap printer service if repairs are required, helping minimize downtime for your organization.

IDville offers several convenient payment options for your order. You can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover, while approved businesses, schools, government agencies, and organizations may also pay using authorized purchase orders. The company additionally accepts checks and money orders in U.S. dollars, giving customers flexibility when purchasing equipment and identification supplies.
