If you’re not happy, they’re not happy. J.Jill allows returns and exchanges of unwashed and unworn items within 90 days of the original purchase date if you’re not happy with your order. You can get an exchange, refund or credit for the original purchase price when you return an item with your original receipt. Without a receipt, items are only eligible for an exchange or merchandise credit. Some items are final sale and not eligible for return. You can return items either in-store for free or through the mail. If you use the prepaid shipping label, $8.95 will be deducted from your refund amount.
