Questions shoppers ask about Kidpik

What is Kidpik's shipping and delivery policy?

Kidpik ships to mailing addresses and military bases. Orders of $60 or more qualify for free shipping. Processing orders usually takes 2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days to deliver, ground shipping in 3-5 business days, second day shipping takes 2 business days, and next day shipping in 1 business day.

What is Kidpik's return and exchange policy?

You have a 30-day window to decide which items to send back. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a successful return. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Items are not eligible for exchange, only returns and replacement. Allow up to 2 weeks for processing refunds.

Does Kidpik offer a warranty?

No. Inspect items once you receive them and you have up to 30 days to return those you don't like.

How do I redeem a promo code at Kidpik?

Look for the empty field labeled for a discount code or promo code near your order summary in the cart. Enter the text exactly as provided to activate instant lower price. Kidpik limits you to one code per transaction, nor order stacking. So, pick the code with the highest value to get the best deal.
