About Krewe
About Krewe
Founded in New Orleans, Krewe brings a distinct sense of artistry to eyewear that most brands in the category don't have. Its sunglasses and optical frames feature unique shapes, rich colorways, and quality materials that hold up as well as they stand out. Limited-edition collections drop regularly, giving the brand a following that goes well beyond casual shoppers. It's the kind of eyewear label that people discover and immediately wonder why they hadn't heard of it sooner.
Questions shoppers ask about Krewe
Does Krewe offer a warranty?
Yes, through the Second Chances program. If your full-price frames break or get damaged, Krewe replaces them once at no cost. After that, the Lifetime Warranty program covers you for a standard fee, and it also applies if you bought your frames at less than 40% off.
What is Krewe's return policy?
You can return full-price frames within 30 days for a full refund. Discounted frames follow a tiered system instead: items under 10% off qualify for a full return, 10 to 39% off qualify for exchange only, and 40% or more off aren't eligible for return at all.
What is Krewe's shipping policy?
Krewe offers free 2-day shipping on all frame orders within the U.S. A $14.99 shipping and handling fee applies to domestic warranty replacements, though in-store replacements skip that fee entirely. International replacement shipping gets quoted case by case.
Does Krewe offer Buy Now Pay Later options?
Yes, through Afterpay and Shop Pay Installments at checkout. Afterpay splits your purchase into four payments, and Shop Pay lets you choose to pay now or spread the cost across four biweekly installments on a debit or credit card.
