About Lems Shoes
Lems Shoes make minimalist footwear designed to accommodate the natural human gait as far as possible. That means their shoes have zero drop and a wide toe box, allowing for maximal toe separation. If you spend a lot of time on your feet and want stronger, healthier shoes, Lems makes the footwear for you.
Shipping
For domestic orders, Lems uses UPS to deliver packages to all 48 contiguous states, with USPS handling deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories. There is a flat rate of $5.95 applied to all standard shipping, with an expected delivery of between 5 and 10 business days from the order time. Expedited delivery via 2nd Day Air is also possible for an extra fee. International shipping is also possible, but delivery times can exceed 7 business days and the customer is responsible for all customs, duties and taxes.
Returns
Lems allows for returns of unworn shoes within 60 days of the purchase date. Domestic orders can be refunded or exchanged, while international orders are only eligible for a refund. The original shipping fees, however, are not refundable.
