Lights Online promo codes & deals

Most orders ship free within the continental U.S., and packages usually arrive within 3–5 business days. Larger or oversized items (like chandeliers and fans) may carry freight charges, which are clearly listed at checkout. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee if you’re on a tight project timeline. Pro tip: if you’re remodeling, try to group your purchases together to take advantage of free shipping thresholds.

Lights Online gives you 30 days to return items in “like new” condition. There’s a 20% restocking fee on most returns, so it pays to be sure before you buy. If you return within 10 days and choose store credit, you’ll get 110% back, which can be handy if you’re swapping for a different fixture. Shoppers say the restocking fee feels steep, so many prefer exchanges to avoid the extra charge.

Yes, if you find the same item for less from an authorized online dealer, Lights Online will not only match the price but also give you an additional 10% of the price difference back. Just send them the link for verification. This perk is a standout for anyone investing in big-ticket lighting.

At checkout, paste your promo code into the “Discount Code” box and hit apply. Keep in mind that codes typically exclude clearance or closeout items. If you’re unsure, customer service is known for being quick and helpful. Reach out before placing your order to make sure you’re getting the best possible deal.
