Shipping
What is LuLus' shipping and delivery policy?
Lulus offers both Standard and Expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes one to two days for processing and shipping. Orders with Expedited shipping placed before 1 p.m. ET are processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day. Expedited orders placed after 1 p.m. ET on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. Estimated delivery dates include processing times and exclude weekends and holidays.
Customers will receive an email with tracking information once their order is shipped, and tracking information is typically updated within 24 business hours. Free shipping offers are available, including recent promos for free shipping on orders over $50 and free three-day shipping on orders over $100.
Returns
What is LuLus' return and refund policy?
Lulus' return policy requires items to be returned in new condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and within 30 days of delivery. Returns within the first 10 days of delivery qualify for free return shipping. After 10 days, there's a $4.99 shipping fee and a $1.49 restocking fee per item. Final sale items aren't eligible for returns or refunds, except for size-based exchanges for items over $25. Items must be returned in protective packaging, with shoes returned in their original box. Beauty and wellness products must be unused with the seal unbroken, and handbags with dust bags must be returned with them. Sets must be returned with all components. Gift cards can't be returned or refunded.
Cancellations
What is LuLus' cancellation policy?
Lulus allows customers to cancel orders if they are still pending. To check eligibility and cancel an order, customers can access their order details on the website and select "cancel order.” Once an order begins processing, it cannot be canceled or adjusted. If changes are needed, such as sizing adjustments or shipping address changes, customers are advised to cancel the order and place a new one, if it's still eligible. Pending charges typically fall off within 48 hours, as payment is not collected until the order ships.
