Max Warehouse promo codes & deals

Some products may require shipping charges due to special delivery needs that result from factors such as product weight, size or special care and handling needed. You will be charged an additional shipping cost if the shipping service is not covered by our free shipping policy.

You must be a resident of the contiguous United States. Max Warehouse does not recommend using a P.O. box as a shipping address, as it may cause issues with our system or result in delivery complications depending on the carrier. Shipping details are found on the cart and checkout pages.

Free shipping applies only to orders above $99 and weighing up to 150 pounds.

The following shipping types and times are available, after the order leaves the warehouse:

• Standard delivery is one to five business days
• 2-day delivery is two business days
• 1-day delivery is one business day
• LTL shipments are 7-10 business days, eligible for commercial orders weighing over 250 pounds

To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact customer service. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return. The return process should be started within 30 days of delivery to ensure a smooth experience. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by the warehouse team.
