Microsoft 365 for Business promo codes & deals

Microsoft accepts all major credit and debit cards for online subscriptions. Businesses purchasing through partners may also be eligible to pay by invoice or direct bank transfer. Monthly and annual billing options are available, giving flexibility based on company cash flow and budgeting preferences.

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Monthly subscriptions are penalty-free, while annual commitments may incur partial charges if canceled early. Microsoft automatically retains your data for a short grace period, allowing retrieval before permanent deletion.

Promotional pricing is typically applied automatically at checkout. If you receive a specific code, enter it in the "Promo Code" field before payment. Discounts generally apply only to new subscriptions, but you can often combine them with annual-billing savings for extra value. If a code doesn't work, be sure to check the spelling and if there is an expiration date or other restriction for it to be eligible.

Your data remains accessible for a limited grace period which is typically 30 days after cancellation. During this time, you can back up or migrate your files from OneDrive and SharePoint. Once the grace period ends, all stored data and account access are permanently deleted for security and privacy compliance.
