Mikasa promo codes & deals

Mikasa offers standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States, with delivery typically arriving within three to seven business days. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders shipped to one address and cannot be applied retroactively. Expedited and premium shipping options are available for an added cost, and upgraded shipping is required for orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact Mikasa's Customer Service with your order number and details of the issue. For multiple damaged items, include a photo showing all affected pieces. Returns are carefully processed, and it may take several weeks to complete the replacement or refund, so plan accordingly.

Mikasa does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you must return the original product for store credit and place a new order for the replacement item. Customer Service can assist with the return process and answer questions to ensure you receive the correct credit for your returned merchandise.

Mikasa charges a flat rate for standard shipping, with free shipping available once your order meets the minimum purchase threshold. Expedited and premium shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery speed and location. Canadian orders are also charged shipping fees calculated at the time of purchase, which vary depending on the order details.
