About Mike's Cigars

Founded in Miami Beach in 1950 by a WWII veteran, Mike's Cigars is one of the oldest and largest independent cigar retailers in the United States. Its inventory spans more than 600 brands and 10 million cigars in stock at any given time, covering premium handmades, cigarillos, samplers, humidors, cutters, and lighters. The brand ships worldwide, guarantees its lowest price, and carries flagship house brands alongside top names like Arturo Fuente, Padron, and Davidoff.

Questions shoppers ask about Mike's Cigars

What is Mike's Cigars' return authorization window?

Return authorization must be requested within 72 hours of receiving your order to be eligible. Once you have authorization, ship items back according to the instructions provided. Without authorization, a 50% restocking fee still applies.

What are Mike's Cigars' membership levels?

Three membership tiers are available: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Members receive free ground shipping on all orders and access to exclusive members-only promotions and discounts. Monthly bulletins keep members informed of new selections and special offers.

What items from Mike's cigar club cannot be returned?

Cigar club box items and sampler packs cannot be returned under any circumstances. Only individual cigars purchased outside of subscription bundles are eligible for returns with proper authorization and payment of the restocking fee.

What costs apply if I cancel a Mike's Cigars club membership?

A 7% cancellation fee applies if you terminate a cigar club subscription early. Consider requesting a temporary pause of your subscription instead, which allows you to resume without penalty when you're ready.
