Questions shoppers ask about ModernNursery
What is Modern Nursery's return policy?
Due to stringent guidelines on baby products, most items cannot be returned if opened. Each product page indicates its return eligibility. You'll always need to return items in like-new condition.
Can I exchange an item I've purchased?
Exchanges are generally not available. However, you can contact customer service to discuss potential options, provided the item remains unopened. If your item comes damaged, the company will replace it. But they are not likely to do so for color differences or instances when you change your mind.
How does the rewards program work?
Customers earn $1 back for every $10 spent. Additional points can be earned by reviewing products or referring friends. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
What are the shipping options and delivery times?
Estimated shipping dates are provided on each product page. Many items ship directly from the manufacturer, and while dates are estimates, they are not guaranteed.
