InchBug offers free shipping for orders over $50 to all 50 U.S. states. Orders below this amount ship for a flat rate of $4.99, and you can also opt for expedited shipping for an additional fee. Non-personalized items ship within 2 to 3 business days, while custom items can take longer.

You must return custom labels within 90 days of purchase if they break or tear during this period. Items other than custom labels are eligible for returns within 30 days of shipment. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging; if not, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Once your return is received, InchBug issues a credit to your account within 2 to 4 weeks.

Since the brand processes and ships orders quickly, you have only 4 hours to cancel your order. If you choose to cancel, you can contact customer care via email within this timeframe, and they'll assist with the cancellation.

You can purchase a gift card directly through the website for any amount between $10 and $100. Gift cards are a convenient option if you're shopping for someone else but are not sure what to give them. They allow the recipient to choose personalized items tailored to their needs and preferences. When you purchase a gift card, it'll be delivered to the recipient via email with instructions on how to redeem it at checkout.
