About My Locker
About My Locker
Custom apparel without the minimum order headaches is what My Locker does well. Its on-demand platform lets schools, sports teams, clubs, small businesses, and event organizers design and order personalized t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and accessories in whatever quantity they actually need. No overordering, no leftover inventory. The design tools are straightforward enough that someone without a graphic design background can put together something that looks professional, which makes it practical for coaches, organizers, and small business owners working without a dedicated creative team.
Questions shoppers ask about My Locker
What is My Locker's return policy?
My Locker doesn't accept returns due to the custom printing process on every item. Defective items and printing errors get replaced free of charge. Cash refunds aren't offered under any circumstances. Contact support right away if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or missing pieces.
Can I cancel or modify my My Locker order after placing it?
No, orders can't be cancelled or modified once finalized, since production starts right after checkout. Review your design, sizing, and spelling carefully before you complete your purchase. Changes aren't possible after that point; no exceptions. Contact support only for questions about an order already placed.
What is My Locker's shipping policy?
Custom items take 2 to 5 business days to produce, with delivery time added on top. PO box orders ship through economy shipping only, since other carriers don't deliver to PO boxes. Track your order once it ships for an updated delivery estimate and arrival window.
Does My Locker offer group discounts?
Yes, group discounts start at 6 items, making it simple to outfit an entire team at once. Discounts apply automatically in your cart at checkout once you reach the quantity threshold. Add matching designs across sizes and colors to qualify for the lower per-item price.
