Standard, pre-printed canvas kits are typically delivered within an estimated three to seven business days following the processing period. Custom photo kits necessitate an additional five to seven business days for specialized template creation and quality review before shipping. Therefore, the total delivery time for all custom-tailored orders commonly averages between two and three weeks, influenced by current order volume.

My Paint by Numbers provides the convenient Shop Pay option, available specifically for customers acquiring multiple canvas units or placing large art kit orders. This feature permits customers to seamlessly segment the entire purchase cost into smaller, more financially manageable installment payments that are entirely interest-free.

Customers are eligible to request a complete financial refund or complimentary replacement within 30 days if their order arrives defective, damaged during transit, or contains missing paint pots. Custom photo kits are excluded from general refund eligibility unless a clear, verifiable manufacturing defect is physically present upon arrival. Initiate this claim by contacting support immediately and supplying high-resolution photographs.

My Paint by Numbers accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, which ensures a reliably swift and secure purchasing experience.
