Natori provides free ground shipping on all U.S. orders $50 or more from the warehouse in New Jersey. They also offer free returns on orders over $300. Orders $300 or more require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Please keep in mind that orders placed after noon ET are not guaranteed to go out the same day. Please allow one to three business days for your order to be processed.
- Ground shipping is $9 on orders under $50 and takes four to eight business days to arrive at your address.
- Express shipping is $24.95 with arrival in two business days when items ship.
Fine jewelry pieces are made to order and shipped out separately within 5 business days upon ordering. Lab grown diamonds ship within seven business days. Rugs ship out separately and may require a longer lead time.
How do returns work at Natori?
All items returned to Natori must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with original product packaging and tags attached. Legwear, including socks and tights, can be fully refunded within 30 days if unused and unopened unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Returns authorized within 30 days of purchase and returned in acceptable condition will be credited at item price to the original form of payment (including any tax, but not including any shipping fees paid). A $5 fee return fee will be deducted on orders under $300.
If for any reason there are quality issues with your items please contact customer service within 90 days of your purchase.
