NextDay Contacts promo codes & deals

Orders placed by 2 p.m. CT (Monday to Friday) ship the same day and typically arrive the following business day. Weekend orders ship out on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Shipping is free for the continental U.S. and Alaska; orders to Hawaii and Puerto Rico take longer and ship via USPS. Pro tip: If you know you’ll need lenses regularly, set a reminder to reorder mid-week. This avoids weekend lag and ensures your lenses arrive exactly when you need them.

NextDay isn’t in-network with major providers, but you can still get reimbursed. Just submit your receipt to your vision insurance provider as an out-of-network claim. Many customers report getting a partial refund this way, depending on their plan’s rules.

If your prescription is up-to-date, you can simply upload it at checkout. If it’s expired, you can take a quick telehealth exam online, usually done in five minutes or less. A board-certified doctor reviews your results within 24 hours, and your order can ship immediately once approved. This process is especially helpful if you need lenses fast but can’t book an eye appointment right away.

Yes. If your order isn’t right, you can initiate a return or exchange by filling out a quick online form, calling, or even texting customer service (they encourage texting for faster responses). Lenses must be unopened and in their original packaging. Returns are usually processed quickly once received.
