All you have to do is place an order of $100 or more. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is available through USPS for $9.99. Unfortunately the free shipping offer does not apply to Standard shipping options or for orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses.

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. New York & Company allows returns for a refund within 30 days of the shipping date. Merchandise must be in its original condition, unwashed, unworn and with all price tickets attached. Some items like shapewear and “Final Sale” products are not eligible for return. If you use the prepaid label that comes with your order, a $9.95 return label fee will be deducted from your return amount. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
