You can reach the right customers by listing your room or property for rent on Orbitz.
Returns
What is Orbitz's return and refund policy?
For hotel bookings, refunds are typically provided if canceled before the specified deadline, but some rooms are nonrefundable — these types of exceptions will be explicitly stated when you book. Similarly, activity bookings are refundable before the activity's cancellation deadline (with exceptions). Most cruise bookings allow a full refund if canceled up to 90 days before departure.
For specific details, visit the Help Center of the Orbitz website.
Cancellations
What is Orbitz's cancellation policy?
For bookings made within the past 24 hours, you may be eligible for a full refund upon cancellation. However, if it's been more than 24 hours, cancellation fees imposed by the airline, hotel, car rental company or activity provider may apply, and these fees will be passed on to you by Orbitz.
For hotel bookings, most establishments offer full refunds if you cancel before their specified deadline. However, certain hotel rooms may be labeled as nonrefundable, meaning you forfeit your payment if you choose to cancel.
Rewards
Does Orbitz have memberships, rewards, or loyalty programs?
When you join the free Orbitz Rewards program, you can earn Orbucks by booking flights, hotels and packages. Then, you can cash in your Orbucks on hotel stays. One Orbuck gets you $1 off your stay. If you use the Orbitz app to book, you earn extra Orbucks. The best part is that, unlike other travel programs, you can use Orbucks in small amounts — no need to wait until you have enough for an entire stay!
Questions shoppers ask about Orbitz
Can you stack coupons at Orbitz?
Yes, Orbitz sometimes allows customers to apply promo codes twice per booking, up to a maximum savings value. In this case, promo codes cannot be used or combined with other coupons, promotions, or special offers.
How do I sign up for rewards with Orbitz?
Orbitz Rewards is a free, instant rewards program available exclusively to Orbitz customers. Sign up to earn Orbucks with every booking you make. Orbucks can be collected and redeemed to save on your next qualifying hotel booking. An Orbuck is equal to $1 in savings. Continue to earn and advance through three membership statuses with additional rewards at each level.
What is Orbitz cancellation or refund policy?
Orbitz aims to make it easy to cancel most hotel bookings online. Not all bookings qualify for a refund, so be sure to read the terms of each reservation carefully. Refundable bookings are eligible for a full refund up to a certain point before check-in. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for a refund without a cancellation fee. Orbitz is here to help you navigate your cancellations and refunds, even when the hotel or airline dictates the policy.
What sales does Orbitz have and how can I get the best discounts?
Orbitz regularly offers sales and special deals on vacations and get-away packages. Search the Deals page for hotels under $99, vacation home rentals up to 30% off, and last-minute hotel deals. Orbitz Rewards members receive access to special Insider Pricing on these sales as well.
