Questions shoppers ask about Paddy Wax
What is the Paddywax shipping policy?
Paddywax provides free shipping on orders over $100 within the United States. It takes two to three days for the company to prepare your candles for shipping. You can expect your package to arrive within five to seven days thereafter. They will send you a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
What is the refund policy for Paddywax?
You can request a refund for any unlit, unused candle within 30 days of purchase. To ensure safe return shipping, the candles must be in their original packaging. Please note that Paddywax does not refund the original shipping costs. After the warehouse inspects your candles, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
What is the returns process for Paddywax?
To return items, please visit the Paddywax online portal and enter your order number. Ensure that you wrap the candles securely to prevent breakage during shipping. Please note that the brand will deduct $10 from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipping label. Additionally, if a candle has been lit, it is not eligible for return.
Are there any financing options available for Paddywax purchases?
Choose Afterpay at checkout to split your Paddywax bill into four easy payments. You'll pay one installment now and the remaining payments every two weeks. As long as you pay on time, there is no interest. This is a great way to stock up on scents without paying the full amount up-front.
