About Peepers
About Peepers
Peepers is an online store that houses a complete collection of glasses at affordable prices, including reading glasses, reading sunglasses, bifocals, and computer glasses. If you're unsure of which frames to order, the site has a Perfect Pair tool that helps you narrow down your many options. It also has a virtual-try-on tool so you can see how the glasses look on your face.
When it comes to customizing your glasses, the options are endless – you get to pick the frame color, shape, width, material. And then input your prescription for the lenses. The site's resources, including its optical fit guide, make it a one-stop shop that lets you complete your whole glasses-finding journey online. But if you need to talk to a real person, Peepers has a staffed customer service line between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. CST.
Shipping
What is Peepers' shipping and delivery policy?
Peepers frequently offers free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Recently we spotted an offer for free shipping on order over $42. Orders under the threshold will cost you $4.99 to ship. Expect a transit time of four to seven business days.
Returns
What is Peepers' return and refund policy?
Peepers allows returns within 90 days of purchase for a refund (minus return shipping costs), exchange or gift card. Closeout or sale items are not eligible for a refund, but are eligible for exchanges or a Peepers gift card.
Rewards
Does Peepers have memberships, rewards, or loyalty programs?
Peepers doesn't have a traditional points-earning loyalty program. However, it does have an email list, so you can get regular updates about sales and deals.
Questions shoppers ask about Peepers
Does Peepers offer gift cards?
It does. And gift cards are a great way to help someone get a new pair of glasses, even if you don't know what they want. Peepers offers digital gift cards, as well as physical gift cards.
Does Peepers offer prescription services?
No, Peepers does not offer eye tests that would be needed to find out your prescription. Instead, you can get your eye exam elsewhere and select affordable frames from Peepers. Many lenses are removable on certain fame styles, so you can also have your frames altered by an eye care professional that works with outside frames.
How do I get free shipping at Peepers?
Just add an order of at least $42 to your cart, and the shipping fee (for standard) will be automatically deducted. No need to add a promo code.
