About Pendulum
About Pendulum
Gut health has become a serious area of research, and Pendulum is one of the few supplement brands operating at the clinical edge. Its probiotic formulas are built around specific bacterial strains backed by peer-reviewed studies, targeting metabolic health, blood sugar management, and digestive function. Health-conscious adults, people managing type 2 diabetes, and consumers frustrated with generic probiotic blends make up its growing audience. Every product is manufactured in the United States and third-party tested for potency and purity.

What is Pendulum's refund policy?
Metabolic Daily and Akkermansia come with a 30-day trial, followed by 15 days to request a full refund without needing to return the product. Glucose Control offers a 90-day trial with a 30-day refund window after that, giving you a combined evaluation period of 45 to 120 days.
Can I cancel my Pendulum subscription?
Yes, at any time through the account portal, with no cancellation fee. Submit your cancellation request by the Sunday before the next scheduled charge date to prevent that upcoming shipment and payment from processing.
What is Pendulum's shipping policy?
Subscribers get free shipping on every recurring order, while one-time purchases may incur a separate shipping charge depending on the order. You can also cancel a first-time membership order free of charge if your request comes in before it ships.
Does Pendulum have a referral program?
Yes. Share an official referral link with a friend interested in trying Pendulum's probiotics. When the referral program is active, your friend gets a discount on their first purchase, and you earn a reward toward a future order.
