Blank unprinted pens can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus the initial shipping and handling fees you paid. Customized and personalized printed pens cannot be returned once the production process has begun. You must approve the proof before production starts to ensure complete accuracy.

Once you've formally approved and signed off on a proof, no refunds or reprints are provided for any errors, missing information, or logo placement issues you could have caught and corrected during the proofing process. Samples can be ordered affordably before committing to full production orders to test actual pen quality and real colors.

Standard custom orders require 7 to 8 business days for complete production plus additional shipping time to your location. Rush options and expedited production are available at significantly higher costs depending on timeline. Orders ship from facilities in New Jersey and are processed within 24 hours if approved before 9 am Eastern time.
