PetSmart promo codes & deals

PetSmart is like a wonderland for pet parents. Founded in 1986, its vibrant stores now sprawl across the U.S. and Canada, and the brand has set a gold standard for providing pet supplies and services.

Step inside and you'll find a bursting universe of top-tier food, tasty treats, whimsical toys and other curated pet essentials. Whether it's for dogs, cats, fish, birds, reptiles or other small creatures, there is always something new to find.

But the magic doesn't stop there. With their suite of tailored pet services — be it spa-like grooming, expert training, pampered pet hotel stays or heartwarming adoption events — PetSmart transcends commerce, creating a space where pets reign supreme.

PetSmart offers standard shipping on qualified orders of $49 or more for Treats members. You'll get free shipping automatically once you add at least $49 in qualifying items to your cart.

PetSmart provides full refunds on the cost of an item returned within 60 days of purchase. To make a return in-store, bring the item in its original packing with the receipt, shipping confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase.

Alternatively, you can return an item by mail using the return shipping label provided. Note that you must cover your own shipping costs for mail-in returns.

If you don’t have a receipt or are making a return after 60 days, PetSmart may issue a store credit for the most recent sale amount.

The PetSmart free loyalty program is called PetSmart Treats Rewards. Treats lets members earn points on qualifying products and services purchased from PetSmart stores, the PetSmart website or the PetSmart app. In addition, Treats allows members to earn points for donating to PetSmart charities. Points can be redeemed for products and pet services.

The more you spend on your pet, the more you'll get back. Bestie and VIPP level rewards members get all the benefits of basic Treats members, plus extra perks like annual tier recognition events and a holiday gift.

PetSmart offers a free gift to members of their Treats loyalty program on their pet’s birthday.

PetSmart offers many sales throughout the year, including sitewide promotions where spending a certain amount earns a percentage discount, as well as discounts on specific product collections.

Big sales events include Black Friday, pre-Black Friday, and Cyber Week, featuring deals available both in-store and online. You can save on a wide range of items across all departments, such as food, bedding, toys, and other pet essentials.

PetSmart will match prices in-store if you present proof of an identical product at a competitor's store or website at a lower price. PetSmart stores will also price match their own website, as long as the identical product is in stock.

Note that PetSmart offers price matching only on regular-price items. The retailer does not price match on sales; buy one, get one discounts; clearance items; or for products purchased on Amazon, eBay and auction sites.

PetSmart offers both in-store and contact-free curbside pickup on qualifying online orders. To place an order for curbside pickup, select “in-store pickup” and choose your local store.

In most cases, you can pick up your order the same day or the following day if all items are in stock. When picking up the order, you can head inside the store or opt for curbside pickup.
