Photobook America promo codes & deals

Because every item is custom-made with your personal photos, the company does not accept returns for a change of mind. All sales of these personalized photo books are final. If you are not happy with the craft, you must contact their support team within 30 days of receiving your order to discuss the specific issue.

The company offers a satisfaction guarantee but rarely provides a cash refund for a custom order. If they fail to ship your order within 5 working days, you may be eligible for a refund of the shipping fees. Most other issues are resolved through reprints or account credits rather than sending money back to your card.

Photobook America is part of a global network that can ship photo orders to over 100 countries. They use international hubs to ensure your memories reach you quickly, no matter where you live. You should check the shipping calculator at checkout to see the specific rates and delivery times for your global location.

If your order has a production error or arrives damaged, you must email the company within 30 days. You will need to provide your order number and clear photos of the defect from several angles. If the claim is valid, the company will create a replacement order for you at no additional cost to ensure quality.
