Pottery Barn ships to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories for an extra charge, with delivery times ranging from five business days to 10 to 15 business days. Flat-rate doorstep delivery is offered for select items, while in-home delivery and assembly services are available for larger furniture pieces, with shipping rates determined by zip code. Customers can also opt for store pickup for eligible orders. Shipping to P.O. boxes is possible for most items, excluding extra-large items and those shipped directly from manufacturers. Pottery Barn Kids accepts returns within 30 days of receiving an order.Items ineligible for returns or exchanges include those without receipts, monogrammed items, mattresses, gift cards, made-to-order items, final sale items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear. The program hooks members up with 2% back in rewards on purchases from Williams Sonoma or any Williams-Sonoma Inc. brand, a reward code after you earn a minimum of $10 issued within 30 days, exclusive offers, early access to sales and products, and free design services.

Reward codes are issued after you’ve earned $10 or more. You will get an email with your reward code 30 days after earning your reward. You can use your reward at William Sonoma or any Williams-Sonoma Inc. brand, either in-store or online.

Pottery Barn Kids offers a price-matching policy for eligible new products sold by select competitors, including Amazon, Nordstrom, Target and buybuy Baby. This policy applies to both online and in-store purchases. To request a price match for an online purchase, customers must email a copy of the ad or link to competitor pricing before making their purchase. For store purchases, customers should see a store associate. Terms and conditions apply, including the requirement that the item must be identical in brand name, size, color and model number. Exclusions to the price-match guarantee include pre-order offers, bundle offers and items advertised as limited quantity or clearance. Pottery Barn Kids reserves the right to verify advertised prices and item availability.

Pottery Barn Kids shoppers can select Affirm at checkout to pay for their items over time. For qualified customers, Affirm splits the purchase total into four equal payments with no interest fees. The initial payment is due at the time of purchase, and the remaining three payments are made every two weeks.

Pottery Barn Kids offers in-store pickup for most products, excluding special order furniture and personalized items. Orders can include both items for pickup and items to be shipped. Credit cards are charged upon confirmation of merchandise availability. Confirmation emails are sent when orders are ready for pickup, typically within two hours. Customers need to bring their order number and a valid photo ID for pickup, and only authorized individuals listed by the customer can pick up orders. Items are held for five days from the notification email, and changes or cancellations can be made by contacting the store. Returns and exchanges are accepted in-store with a receipt, and any unavailable items are communicated via email, with charges only applied for available items. Customers are advised to consider the size of their vehicle for pickup, as some products may be larger than expected.
