They process orders in 2 to 5 business days. Standard shipping to the U.S. and Canada takes 3 to 4 business days after processing. If you want your items delivered faster, choose Express shipping for delivery in 1 to 3 business days after fulfilment. Printful also ships to Europe, which takes 5 to 20 days for delivery after order processing.
What is Printful's returns and exchanges policy?
Understandably, Printful does not accept returns for change-of-mind or custom-printed items. Gift cards are also non-refundable. However, if the product was damaged or misprinted, report it within 30 days for a free reprint or refund. If you're a seller, you'll cover buyers' returns unless it was Printful's fault.
