Raw Generation promo codes & deals

Orders ship flash-frozen in insulated boxes with FedEx across the continental U.S. Processing usually takes 1 to 3 business days, and standard shipping is 1 to 3 days after that. Subscriptions and Juice Club members always get free shipping. Pro tip: delivery doesn’t require a signature, so your box won’t get delayed if you’re not home, but you’ll want to transfer bottles to the freezer right away.

Because products are perishable, Raw Generation doesn’t take returns. Instead, they offer a satisfaction guarantee. If something arrives damaged, thawed, or not up to standard, customer service will typically replace the product or issue credit. Shoppers note that reaching out quickly with photos makes the process smoother.

You can cancel before your order is processed or billed, but once it’s shipped, changes aren’t possible. If you think you might want to adjust, keep an eye on processing emails so you can act fast.

Yes, customers occasionally report surprise freebies tucked into larger orders, like bonus bottles or sampler packs. These aren’t advertised, but they tend to pop up around major sales events.

At this time, Raw Generation doesn’t list an official program, but shoppers often note that email subscribers and Juice Club members get the best long-term deals.

Almost always. While you might see Raw Generation juices listed elsewhere, the best discounts (rewards, subscription savings, overstock, or “Almost Perfect” deals) are exclusive to the official site.
