Below the email inquiry form, you can click the "Call Us" option to see a list of U.S. and Canada phone support numbers. Below that is yet another option to see numbers for international calls.

Alternatively, passengers can contact the cruise line to request a full refund within six months of the cancellation or the scheduled embarkation date (whichever is earlier).

The Crown & Anchor Society is Royal Caribbean's loyalty program. U.S. and Canadian travelers are automatically enrolled after completing their first sailing. The program has different membership levels based on how much you travel (one point per night sailed). At each rewards level, members gain access to more and more benefits they can enjoy on their cruise, like discounted dining and beverages, access to onboard events, and in-stateroom services.

Royal Caribbean travelers can finance their bookings through an Affirm flexible payment plan. Affirm allows qualifying travelers to book now and pay over time with fixed monthly installments for as low as 0% APR. There are no late or hidden fees, and travelers can check their eligibility and purchasing power without affecting their credit score.
