What is Ruggable's shipping and delivery policy?
Ruggable ships packages to all 50 states and select international countries. Unfortunately they do not ship to the U.S. territories, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Returns
What is Ruggable's return and refund policy?
If you're not happy with your Ruggable order, you have 30 days from delivery to make a return. All items must be in new condition without any signs of wear, pet hair or dirt. There's a $25 per item processing fee that will be deducted from your return amount.

Ruggable ships to the United States, Canada, and the UK. Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and typically arrive within 1 to 2 weeks for orders within the U.S. and 1 to 3 weeks for orders within Canada. Express shipping is available within the U.S. on select products. If your order is eligible, you will see “Express Shipping” as an option during checkout.
How do I get free shipping at Ruggable?
Ruggable offers free standard ground shipping on all orders within the U.S. and Canada. This offer does not apply to orders with delivery addresses in Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories.
What is Ruggable's return policy?
Ruggable accepts exchanges and returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee per item. Once you've processed your return you will receive an email with a prepaid FedEx return label to ship your item back to Ruggable. Free return shipping is only available for customers in the United States. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all return shipping costs.
