Scentbird offers free shipping to subscribers in the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. Canadian subscribers pay a shipping fee of $4.99 USD per order.
Returns
What is Scentbird's return and refund policy?
Scentbird's subscription items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. However, if there is an issue with the delivery or condition of the items, replacements are available within 30 days of delivery. For full-size fragrances and gift sets that are unopened and unused, returns are accepted within 15 days for store credit.
Cancellations
What is Scentbird's cancellation policy?
Scentbird subscriptions automatically renew, but subscribers can cancel their subscriptions up to one day before the next scheduled billing date to avoid renewal charges. Subscribers on multi-month plans cannot cancel mid-term but can opt not to renew or downgrade to a month-to-month plan at the end of their term.
